More FREE Summer Fun!!!

In addition to all the other FREE summer activities that I already posted about…here’s a post I found on It’s Hip to Save…check it out!

  • Chuck E. Cheese’s is offering up a fun Summer Reading program! Download and print their Reading Rewards Calendar here. Mark the days off with a pen or sticker as your child accomplishes their goals. When your done bring it in completed to Chuck E. Cheese’s and receive 10 free tokens as a reward!
  • The National Park Service is offering three fee-free weekends at more than 100 national parks all across the United States! The 3 fee-free dates are: June 20-21, 2009 (Father’s Day weekend), July 18-19, 2009 and August 15-16, 2009! You can check out the full list of all the parks here.
  • Cinemark is discounting movies for kids this summer, starting June 16th-August 19th! They will be offering a new movie every week for 10 weeks! All 10 movies can be purchased in advance for $5, or can be purchased separately at the box office for $1 per show.
  • Target is sponsoring lots of fun and free events this summer! They offering up FREE concerts, museum visits and more! Check out a list of all the great free entertainment by state here!
  • If you have a Life Style Family Fitness facility, then your teens can work out FREE this summer! Teens ages 12-17 can get a FREE 2 month membership! This program runs May 15th-August 15th. You can check out more details here.
  • Bass Pro Shops are offering up FREE family activities Saturdays and Sundays, noon to 6 p.m., May 30th thru July 5th! They will have free crafts, free s’mores, a free shooting range, free casting pond and more! Go on over here to read all about it!
  • Here is yet another way for your kiddos to bowl FREE this summer! There will be tens of millions of coupons placed on the packages of Tony’s frozen pizza products. These coupons will be valid for a FREE game of bowling, redeemable at more than 2,000 Strike Ten Entertainment member bowling centers around the United States. The FREE game is worth up to a $6 value with most Tony’s specially marked pizzas at a retail price of just $2.50 to $3.50. Limit one free game of bowling per person, per coupon, per day.   • If you’re a Bank of America card holder you can get FREE admission to over 70 museums on the first weekend of every month! Go on over here to check out more details. You’ll also be able to click on each state and browser that states museums.
  • Apple stores are offering up “Apple Camp” for kids ages 8-12! Your kids will have the opportunity to make a movie, create a photo slide show, write and record a song, put on a show for everyone, and more! At Apple Camp, kids learn how to do cool stuff on a Mac and discover their hidden talents along the way.Apple Camp is available at EVERY Apple Retail Store, and each FREE workshop lasts three hours.   • Home Depot offers FREE “How-To Clinics” for kids between the ages 5-12. The workshops are available on the first Saturday of every month between 9 am and noon at all Home Depot locations!
